1. Exchange and Return Policy

We have a 5-day exchange/return policy, meaning you can request a replacement or return within 5 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Exchange/Return:

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
  • Products that have been used or tampered with will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges/Returns are Allowed in the Following Cases:

  • The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
  • The product was expired at the time of delivery.

If your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup of the product from the delivery address and notify you of the expected pickup date.

The replacement product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pickup is completed.

  • 2 clear images of the opened box showing received items.
  • Unboxing video showing all received items.

We will replace or resend the affected item promptly after verification.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only if the product has not yet been shipped.
  • If a cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Traimba Home Made reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with the customer-provided information.

5. Exceptions

  • Variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are not considered defects, as our products are natural and handmade, resulting in slight batch differences.
  • Quality issues due to improper storage after delivery are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
